Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis coaching leadership Kepala Lembang terhadap perkembangan sumber daya manusia di Lembang Patongloan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat gaya coaching leadership belum sepenuhnya diterapkan oleh Kepala Lembang sehingga sumber daya manusia di Lembang Patongloan terbatas. Adapun gaya coaching leadership yang sudah diterapkan oleh Kepala Lembang yaitu mencari tahu setiap kebutuhan masyarakat kemudian membentuk program kelompok dasawisma dengan cara meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan serta memberikan fasilitas untuk berkebun dan memberikan tanggung jawab terhadap setiap ketua kelompok dasawisma dikelompok masing-masing. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Coaching, Sumber Daya Manusia ABSTRACT The research aims to analyze the coaching leadership of the head of hill on the development of human resources in Lembang Patongloan. This study used a qualitative method. Data was collection through literature study, interviews and observation. The results of this research show that in improving people’s skills, the coaching leadership style has not been fully implemented by the head of hill so that human resources in Lembang Patongloan are limited. The coaching leadership style that has been implemented by the head of hill is finding out each community’s needs and then forming a neighborhood group program by improving community skills through counseling as well as providing facilities for gardening and giving responsibility to each neighborhood group leader in their respective groups.
