Abstract

ABSTRAK Damaris Sarira (1020207846), judul skripsi ‘‘Analisis Evaluatif Pelaksanaan Kelompok Tumbuh Bersama Kelas X di SMA Kristen Barana‘“.Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi evaluasi pelaksanaan KTB kelas X Di SMA Kristen Barana‘. Metode penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitataif dengan teknik observasi, dan wawancara, teknik analisis data SWOT. Tujuan SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan, kekuatan, ancaman dan peluang yang dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan KTB. Informan penelitian wali kelas dan siswa kelas X di SMA Kristen Barana‘.Esensi dari KTB adalah sebuah komunitas Kristen untuk berbagi pengalaman rohani. Tujuan KTB adalah pertumbuhan spiritual dan karakter Kristiani. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan KTB di SMA Kristen Barana‘ secara khusus kelas X berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan, namun terkadang terhalang oleh kegiatan OSIS dan kegiatan praktikum. Kegiatan utama dalam KTB adalah menyanyikan pujian, berdoa, membaca fiman Tuhan dan sharing. Dalam pelaksanaan KTB di SMA Kristen Barana‘ di kelas X memberikan kekuatan seperti membiasakan siswa membaca firman Tuhan secara teratur, terbuka dan berbagi pengalaman dengan sesamanya. Kelemahan utamanya adalah ngantuk dan kelelahan setelah jam pelajaran selesai. Peluang pelaksanaan KTB melalui materi yang relevan, pelaksanaan di ruangan terbuka, dan menggunakan teknologi. Ancaman dalam pelaksanaan KTB seperti penundaan waktu makan, kegiatan OSIS, dan perubahan kebijakan sekolah. Ada upaya untuk mengatasi tantangan dan ancaman yang ada demi meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan KTB di SMA Kristen Barana‘, dengan berbagai strategi yang disusun oleh guru. The purpose of this research is to analyze and identify the evaluation of the implementation of Growth Groups (KTB) for 10th-grade students at SMA Kristen Barana. The research method is a qualitative approach using observation and interview techniques, with SWOT analysis for data analysis. The goal of the SWOT analysis is to identify the weaknesses, strengths, threats, and opportunities that can affect the implementation of Growth Groups. The research informants are the class teachers and 10th-grade students at SMA Kristen Barana. The essence of Growth Groups is a Christian community for sharing spiritual experiences. The goal of Growth Groups is spiritual growth and Christian character development. The research findings conclude that the implementation of Growth Groups activities for 10th-grade students at SMA Kristen Barana generally runs as expected but is occasionally hindered by student council activities and practical sessions. The main activities in Growth Groups include singing praises, praying, reading the Word of God, and sharing. In the implementation of Growth Groups at SMA Kristen Barana for 10th grade, strengths include encouraging students to read the Word of God regularly, be open, and share experiences with peers. The main weaknesses are drowsiness and fatigue after class hours. Opportunities for the implementation of Growth Groups include using relevant materials, holding sessions in open spaces, and utilizing technology. Threats in the implementation of Growth Groups include meal time delays, student council activities, and changes in school policies. There are efforts to overcome the existing challenges and threats to improve the effectiveness of Growth Groups activities at SMA Kristen Barana, with various strategies developed by teachers.
