Abstract
ABSTRAK Kemampuan kognitif menjadi salah satu indikator penting dalam proses belajar, yang mencakup berbagai proses seperti berpikir, mengingat, memahami, menganalisis, menerapkan, mengevaluasi dan menciptakan. Kemampuan kognitif mempengaruhi cara siswa menyerap, mengolah, dan menerapkan informasi yang diperoleh. Dalam observasi observasi awal ditemukan bahwa kemampuan kognitif siswa kurang, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa melalui penerapan model TPACK pada kelas XI.1 UPT SMAN 2 Tana Toraja. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI.1 SMA 2 Tana Toraja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pelaksanaan siklus 1, ditemukan peningkatan sebesar 66,66% dan pada siklus II, 83.33% Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan, penerapan model TPACK, dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik kelas XI.1 UPT SMAN 2 Tana Toraja. Kata kunci : Kemampuan kognitif, Magic school, TPACK. ABSTRACT Cognitive ability is an important indicator in the learning process, which includes various processes such as thinking, remembering, understanding, analyzing, applying, evaluating and creating. Cognitive abilities influence the way students absorb, process and apply the information obtained. In initial observations, it was found that students' cognitive abilities were lacking, so this research aims to improve students' cognitive abilities through implementing the TPACK model in class XI.1 UPT SMAN 2 Tana Toraja. The method used is classroom action research. The sample in this research were students in class XI.1 SMA 2 Tana Toraja. Data collection techniques use observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique. The results of this research show that in the implementation of cycle 1, an increase of 66.66% was found and in cycle II, 83.33%. Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the TPACK model can improve the cognitive abilities of class XI.1 students.
