Abstract
ABSTRAK Glodia Angel (1220207377) meneliti pengaruh Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Diskusi Kelompok terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa di SMK 1 Tana Toraja. Rendahnya minat belajar siswa menjadi fokus karena berpotensi memengaruhi kemampuan belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi, menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik diskusi kelompok signifikan berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa (koefisien = 0,557). Nilai t adalah 2,983 dengan signifikansi (sig) 0,025, menegaskan pengaruh yang nyata (di bawah alpha 5%). Bimbingan kelompok memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55% terhadap minat belajar siswa, sesuai dengan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa teknik ini berpengaruh pada perasaan senang belajar (Y1) sebesar 63,1% dan keterlibatan dalam belajar (Y3) sebesar 32,9%. Meskipun begitu, perhatian dalam belajar (Y2) tidak signifikan (-4,5%). Temuan ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Diskusi Kelompok berperan penting dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMK 1 Tana Toraja. ABSTRAK Glodia Angel (1220207377) researched the effect of Group Guidance Services with Group Discussion Techniques on Student Learning Interest at SMK 1 Tana Toraja. The low interest in learning students is a focus because it has the potential to affect their learning ability. This study used a quantitative method with regression analysis, showing that group guidance with group discussion techniques significantly affected students' learning interest (coefficient = 0.557). The t-value is 2.983 with a significance (sig) of 0.025, confirming a noticeable influence (below alpha 5%). Group guidance contributes 55% to students' interest in learning, in accordance with the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis also showed that this technique had an effect on the feeling of pleasure in learning (Y1) by 63.1% and engagement in learning (Y3) by 32.9%. Even so, attention in learning (Y2) was not significant (-4.5%). These findings confirm that Group Guidance Services with Group Discussion Techniques play an important role in increasing students' interest in learning at SMK 1 Tana Toraja.
