Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama: Destriani Sesa,"Analisis Layanan Konseling Kelompok Dalam Meningkatkan Perilaku Disiplin Siswa Kelas XI TKR SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui layanan konseling kelompok dalam meningkatkan perilaku disiplin siswa kelas XI TKR SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara, penelitianc ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik self management dalam konseling kelompok memberikan dampak positif terhadap disiplin siswa, termasuk perbaikan dalam ketepatan waktu, pengurangan absensi, dan peningkatan tanggung jawab. Dari empat siswa yang mengikuti sesi konseling, tiga mengalami perbaikan positif, sedangkan satu siswa masih perlu perhatian lebih lanjut Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok yang diterapkan oleh guru BK berjalan dengan baik dalam meningkatkan perilaku disiplin siswa, meskipun ada satu siswa yang masih memerlukan pemantauan tambahan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman mengenai penggunaan layanan konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan disiplin siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Toraja Utara. This research aims to find out group counseling Services in improving the disciplinary behavior of students in class XI TKR SMK Negeri 2 North Toraja. This research is descriptive qualitative, Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that self management techniques in group counseling had a positive impact on student discipline, including improvements in punctuality, reduced absenteeism, and increased responsibility. Of the four students who participated in the counseling session, three experienced positive improvements, while one student still needs further attention. This study concludes that group counseling Services applied by counseling teachers work well in improving students' disciplinary behavior, although there is one student who still needs additionai monitoring. This research contributes to the understanding of the use ofgroup counseling Services to improve student discipline at SMK Negeri 2 North Toraja.
