Abstract

ABSTRAK Siswa SMK Tiranus Rantetayo khsusnya kelas X memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah yang menghambat proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengimplementasikan layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan metode Jigsaw dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X di SMK Tiranus Rantetayo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (PTBK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X SMK Tiranus Rantetayo yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan metode Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMK Tiranus Rantetayo. Peningkatan dapat dilihat dari skor rata-rata kelas dari prasiklus sampai siklus II. Pada prasiklus rata-rata siswa memperoleh skor 47%, pada siklus I dilakukan 2 kali pertemuan meningkat dengan skor 52%,60%, pada siklus II dilakukan 2 kali pertemuan meningkat dengan skor 77%, 85%. Kata Kunci : Layanan Bimbingan Klasikal, Metode Jigsaw, Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACT Tiranus Rantetayo Vocational School students, especially class X, have low learning motivation, hindering the learning process. The research aims to implement classical guidance services using the Jigsaw method to increase the learning motivation of class X students at SMK Tiranus Rantetayo. This research uses the counseling guidance action research (PTBK) method. This research was carried out in 2 cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this research were 15 class X students at Tiranus Rantetayo Vocational School. The data collection technique used in this research is observation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of classical guidance services using the Jigsaw method can increase the learning motivation of class X students at Tiranus Rantetayo Vocational School. The improvement can be seen from the average class score from pre-cycle to cycle II. In the pre-cycle, the average student got a score of 47%, in cycle I, there were 2 meetings, an increase with a score of 52%, 60%, in cycle II, there were 2 meetings, an increase with a score of 77%, 85%.
