Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu di SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao X TAB menunjukkan kondisi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X TAB di SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao Kelas X TAB, dengan total sampel yaitu 62 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari peserta didik melalui penelitian lapangan melalui pengisian angket yang memuat pertanyaan-pertanyaan variabel X tentang bimbingan kelompok dan variabel Y tentang motivasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ini dapat menyimpulkan bahwa variabel independen X memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Y. Kata Kunci: Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok, Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACT The problem of this study is that at SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao X TAB shows the condition of students' learning in subjects that are still low. This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance services on the learning motivation of X TAB class students at SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao. The research method uses Quantitative method. The research was conducted at SMK Kristen Harapan Rantepao Class X TAB, with a total sample of 62 people. The results of this study were obtained from students through field research through filling out a questionnaire containing X variable questions about group guidance and Y variable about student learning motivation. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the independent variable X has a significant influence on the dependent variable Y.
