Abstract
ABSTRACT RISKY SETIAWAN PAMUSU, 2024. Analysis of Audio Visual Learning Media and Teacher Creativity on Students' Learning Interests in the GBI Recovery Kindergarten in Bahomakmur. Thesis. Christian Religious Education Study Program. Toraja State Institute of Christian Religion (IAKN). This research was motivated by the use of monotonous learning methods and the lack of utilization of technology at GBI Pemulihan Bahomakmur Morowali Kindergarten, despite the availability of adequate technological infrastructure. This has an impact on students' low interest in learning. The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of audio-visual learning media and teacher creativity on student interest in learning at the kindergarten. The research method used was qualitative, with data collection through structured interviews with 22 informants (including the head of the foundation, teachers, parents and students), field observations and documentation analysis. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results showed that the utilization of audio visual learning media and teacher creativity succeeded in increasing students' interest in learning. The use of audio visual media proved effective in improving students' engagement and understanding, reflected in greater enthusiasm for school, active participation in learning, and positive responses to visual and audio elements. Teachers' creativity in integrating audio visual media with other learning methods also plays an important role in creating a more interesting and interactive learning environment, despite some resource limitations. Analisis Media Belajar Audio Visual Dan Kreativitas Guru Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Di TK GBI Pemulihan Bahomakmur. Tesis. Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Toraja. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang monoton dan kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi di TK GBI Pemulihan Bahomakmur Morowali, meskipun tersedia infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya minat belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dampak media belajar audio visual dan kreativitas guru terhadap minat belajar siswa di TK tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur terhadap 22 informan (termasuk ketua yayasan, guru, orang tua, dan siswa), observasi lapangan, serta analisis dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media pembelajaran audio visual dan kreativitas guru berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penggunaan media audio visual terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa, tercermin dari antusiasme yang lebih besar untuk bersekolah, partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan respons positif terhadap elemen visual dan audio. Kreativitas guru dalam mengintegrasikan media audio visual dengan metode pembelajaran lain juga berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik dan interaktif, meskipun terdapat beberapa keterbatasan sumber daya.
