Abstract
ABSTRAK Tesis dengan judul “Penerapan Metode Discovery Learning Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen Di SD Kelas IV Negeri 007 Tandiallo”. Ditulis oleh Rahel Riak Nirm 22020004, Prodi Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Toraja, dengan pembimbing Dr Ismail Banne Ringgi’ dan Dr Selvianti. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh terjadinya masalah metode pembelajaran yang tidak sesuai dengan penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SDN 007 Tandiallo, karena guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen di sekolah tersebut masih lebih kepada metode konvensial Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penulisan tesis ini yaitu bagaimana Penerapan Metode Discovery Learning dalam Kurikulum Merdeka pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di SD Kelas IV Negeri 007 Tandiallo ?. Dan tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana menerapkan Metode Discovery Learning dalam Kurikulum Merdeka pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di SD Kelas IV Negeri 007 Tandiallo. Untuk mendapatkan data akurat yang sesuai dengan topik yang penulis bahas, maka penulis melakukan penelitian dengan Peneltian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan cara observasi, pengamatan, dan pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang menyebabkan siswa kurang aktif, kurang mandiri, dan kurang kreatif adalah karena guru belum mengetahui metode yang tepat yang dapat digunakan yang sesuai dengen penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode yang tepat yang dapat digunakan yaitu metode Discovery Learning. Ini terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan pada siswa. Siswa lebih kreatif, mandiri, aktif, berpikir kritis, dan dapat menyelsaikan tugas dengan efektif. And the purpose of this study is how to apply the Discovery Learning Method in the Independent Curriculum in Christian Religious Teacher Subjects in SD Class IV Negeri 007 Tandiallo. To obtain accurate data that is in accordance with the topic discussed by the author, the author conducts research with Classroom Action Research (PTK) by means of observation, observation, and data collection. The results of the study show that what causes students to be less active, less independent, and less creative is because teachers do not know the right method that can be used in accordance with the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The right method that can be used is the Discovery Learning method. This is proven by the increase in students.
