Abstract

ABSTRACT ADELA NOVITASARI, 2024. Analysis of Christian Religious Education Teacher Professionalism in the Perspective of Friendship Theology at SMA Negeri 2 Tana Toraja. Thesis. Christian Religious Education Study Program. State Institute of Christian Religion (IAKN) Toraja. The selection of this topic is motivated by a case that occurred at school, namely one of the Christian Religious Education teachers. The religious teacher lacks communication skills with students, lack of attention, differentiation, underestimating problem students. This study aims to analyze the results of professionalism of Christian Religious Education teachers in the perspective of Friendship Theology at SMA Negeri 2 Tana Toraja. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The research was conducted by observation and interviews with the principal, several religious teachers and students. The results of research through literature study, interviews, and observations show that the professionalism of Christian Religious Education teachers in the perspective of theology of friendship has been realized, but not yet optimal. Because there is one unscrupulous teacher who has not been able to realize it. Therefore, in realizing the professionalism of Christian Religious Education teachers in the perspective of theology of friendship, it is necessary to realize that teachers are learners to recognize their students in a vulnerable communion, no one controls and is controlled. Teachers also really need to be equipped with four aspects, namely shared stories, love, committed reciprocity and enact a shared vision so that they can practice the values of friendship in the school environment. Analisis Profesionalisme Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Perspektif Teologi Persahabatan di SMA Negeri 2 Tana Toraja. Tesis. Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Toraja.Pemilihan topik ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kasus yang terjadi di sekolah yaitu salah satu oknum guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen Guru agama kurang memiliki keterampilan berkomunikasi dengan siswa, kurangnya perhatian, adanya pembeda-bedaan, menganggap remeh siswa yang bermasalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam perspektif Teologi Persahabatan di SMA Negeri 2 Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada kepala sekolah, beberapa guru agama dan siswa/siswi. Hasil penelitian melalui studi Pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam perspektif teologi persahabatan telah terealisasi, namun belum maksimal. Sebab ada salah satu oknum guru yang belum mampu merealisaikan. Oleh karena itu dalam merealisasikan profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam perspektif teologi persahabatan menyadarkan bahwa guru adalah pembelajar untuk mengenali siswanya dalam suatu vulnerable communion, tidak ada yang menguasai dan dikuasai. Guru juga sangat perlu dibekali dengan empat aspek yaitu shared story (berbagi cerita), love (cinta kasih), committed reciprocity (komitmen timbal balik atau keramahan) dan enact a shared vision (visi bersama) sehingga mampu mempraktikkan nilai-nilai persahabatan di lingkungan Sekolah.
