Abstract
Pebrilia, 2023. "Analysis of the Implementation of Friendly Leadership by the Management in Increasing the Activity of PPGT Members in the Kanaan Marrang Church". Skripsi. The Christian Leadership Study Program, Faculty of Christian Culture and Leadership IAKN Toraja, is supervised by Daniel Fajar Panuntun and Zefanya Sambira. The problem that is the basis of this research is how to implement Friendly Leadership by the management in increasing the activity of PPGT members in the Kanaan Marrang Church. This study aims to find out (1) the importance of implementing hospitality management (accepting others); (2) strategies to increase member activity through change agents; (3) the impact given by the management when they become peacemakers and are able to provide affection for PPGT members. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there are still many members of the Toraja Church Youth Fellowship (PPGT) in the Kanaan Marrang Church who are less active in the fellowship. This is due to several factors such as lack of communication between administrators and association members, feeling insecure, administrators who find it difficult to divide time, lack of transparency when conflicts occur and unable to recognize the character between administrators and association members. Youth as a generation of the church need to continue to be involved in service activities in accordance with the vision and mission of PPGT through good cooperation, effective communication that is able to provide change for members to prepare a generation that is useful for the family, church, community and nation.
