Abstract

Peningkatan ekonomi Jemaat Bukit Sion Salubarani merupakan salah satu hasil dari peran pendeta yang tidak hanya menjalankan fungsi pelayanan rohani, tetapi juga telah berperan lebih sebagai motivator dalam mendorong jemaat untuk membangun kemandirian serta mengembangkan produktivitas ekonomi. Melalui penerapan teologi kewirausahaan dan diakonia transformatif, pendeta tidak hanya memberikan pengajaran iman, tetapi juga terlibat secara langsung dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi jemaat, salah satunya melalui pendampingan usaha peternakan babi. Keterpaduan antara pelayanan Firman dan kegiatan pemberdayaan tersebut membantu mengubah cara pandang jemaat terhadap pekerjaan sebagai bagian dari panggilan iman. Sehingga kondisi ekonomi jemaat mengalami peningkatan dan nilai-nilai Kerajaan Allah semakin terwujud dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yang tercermin dalam kesadaran jemaat akan panggilan untuk menjadi berkat bagi dunia melalui kehidupan yang mandiri, produktif, dan bermanfaat bagi sesama. Kata Kunci: Teologi Kewirausahaan, Peran Pendeta, Motivator, Peningkatan Ekonomi, Diakonia Transformatif. ABSTRACT The economic improvement of the Bukit Sion Salubarani Congregation is one result of the pastor's role, not only in carrying out spiritual ministry but also as a motivator, encouraging the congregation to build independence and develop economic productivity. Through the application of entrepreneurial theology and transformative diaconia, the pastor not only provides faith teaching but also directly participates in the congregation's economic empowerment efforts, one of which is through mentoring a pig farming business. The integration of the Word's ministry and empowerment activities helps transform the congregation's perspective on work as part of their calling to faith. Consequently, the congregation's economic condition has improved, and the values of the Kingdom of God are increasingly realized in their daily lives, reflected in the congregation's awareness of their calling to be a blessing to the world through independent, productive, and beneficial lives for others.
