Abstract
Menurunnya pertumbuhan iman remaja yang ditandai oleh rendahnya partisipasi dalam ibadah, melemahnya kehidupan rohani, serta berkurangnya keterlibatan dalam pelayanan menunjukkan perlunya pendampingan pastoral yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan konteks kehidupan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Dampak pendampingan pastoral kontekstual dalam ibadah terhadap pertumbuhan iman remaja di Gereja Toraja Mamasa Jemaat Musafir Lantora. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pendampingan pastoral kontekstual yang menekankan bahwa pelayanan pastoral harus dilaksanakan secara relevan dengan pengalaman, kebutuhan, dan konteks kehidupan remaja sehingga mampu mendorong pertumbuhan iman secara holistik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Informan terdiri atas guru Sekolah Minggu, remaja, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan pastoral kontekstual berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan iman remaja melalui meningkatnya kesadaran spiritual, ketekunan mengikuti ibadah, pemahaman firman Tuhan dan nilai-nilai Kristiani, partisipasi dalam pelayanan, serta perubahan perilaku yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai Kristen. Disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan pastoral kontekstual berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan iman remaja sehingga perlu dikembangkan secara kreatif, dialogis, partisipatif, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan agar semakin relevan dengan kehidupan remaja. ABSTRACT The decline in adolescent faith growth, characterized by low participation in worship, a weakening spiritual life, and reduced involvement in ministry, indicates the need for pastoral care tailored to the needs and context of adolescents' lives. This study aims to describe the impact of contextual pastoral care during worship on the faith growth of adolescents at the Musafir Lantora Congregation of the Toraja Mamasa Church. This study uses the theory of contextual pastoral care, which emphasizes that pastoral care must be implemented in a manner relevant to the experiences, needs, and context of adolescents' lives to foster holistic faith growth. The method used was descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Informants consisted of Sunday School teachers, adolescents, and parents. The results showed that contextual pastoral care positively impacted adolescent faith growth through increased spiritual awareness, persistence in attending worship, understanding of God's Word and Christian values, participation in ministry, and behavioral changes that reflect Christian values. It was concluded that contextual pastoral care contributes to adolescent faith growth and therefore needs to be developed creatively, dialogically, participatory, contextually, and sustainably to become more relevant to adolescents' lives.
