Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh gaya servant leadership ketua terhadap motivasi berorganisasi anggota PPGT Jemaat Randanan, Klasis Mengkendek, yang dilatarbelakangi rendahnya partisipasi aktif akibat kesibukan pribadi. Menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, terpilih sampel sebanyak 73 responden dari total populasi 266 pemuda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan diuji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana berbantuan SPSS. Hasil analisis statistik menghasilkan persamaan Y = 26,728 + 0,154X dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,319 > 0,05 (thitung = 1,003). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa servant leadership ketua tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berorganisasi anggota PPGT Jemaat Randanan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,014 menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan ini hanya sebesar 1,4%, sedangkan 98,6% sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal lain di luar model penelitian ini. ABSTRACT This quantitative research using the causal associative method aims to examine the influence of the leader's servant leadership style on the organizational motivation of members of the PPGT Jemaat Randanan, Mengkendek Classis, which is motivated by low active participation due to personal busyness. Using a simple random sampling technique, a sample of 73 respondents was selected from a total population of 266 youth. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and tested for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and analyzed using simple linear regression assisted by SPSS. The results of the statistical analysis produced the equation Y = 26.728 + 0.154X with a significance value of 0.319 > 0.05 (tcount = 1.003). This proves that the leader's *servant leadership* does not significantly influence the organizational motivation of members of the PPGT Jemaat Randanan. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.014 indicates that the contribution of this leadership style is only 1.4%, while the remaining 98.6% is determined by other internal and external factors outside this research model.
