Abstract

Pebri. Menyususn skripsi ini dengan judul “Analisis Peran Kepemimpinan Vikaris berdasarkan Efesus 4:11-13 dan Implementasinya terhadap pertumbuhan rohani di GPIL Jemaat Bamba Pantilang”.bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan Vikaris berdasarkan Efesus 4:11-13 dan penerapannya terhadap pertumbuhan rohani jemaat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunkan teori Kepemimpinan Kristen yang dikembangkan oleh Yakob Tomatala. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Vikaris sudah mengimplementasikan peran kepemimpinannya namun belum maksilmal, karena kurangnya respon dari jemaat. Kata kunci: Peran Kepemimpinan Vikaris, Efesus 4:11-13, Pertumbuhan rohani. ABSTRACT Pebri. This thesis entitled “An Analysis of the Role of Vicar Leadership Based on Ephesians 4:11–13 and Its Implementation on Spiritual Growth at GPIL Bamba Pantilang Congregation” aims to analyze the role of vicar leadership based on Ephesians 4:11–13 and its implementation in the spiritual growth of the congregation. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study uses the theory of Christian Leadership developed by Yakob Tomatala. The findings reveal that the vicar has implemented his leadership role; however, its implementation has not been fully optimal due to the limited response and participation of the congregation.
