Abstract

Skripsi dengan judul Pengaruh Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) terhadap Penurunan Minat Baca Buku pada Mahasiswa FBKK Angkatan 2022 dilatarbelakangi oleh kemajuan teknologi seperti AI yang saat ini semakin pesat dan telah mengambil peranan dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya di Fakultas Budaya dan Kepemimpinan Kristen (FBKK). Namun, justru bersamaan dengan itu minat baca buku mahasiswa FBKK angkatan 2022 mengalami penurunan. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana Artificial Intelligence berpengaruh terhadap penurunan minat baca buku mahasiswa FBKK angkatan 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan datanya melalui hasil kuesioner yang disebar kepada kepada responden melalui google formulir. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan Artificial Inteligence memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan minat baca buku mahasiswa yang berada pada kategori sedang. Kata Kunci: Artificial Intelligence, Minat Baca, Mahasiswa, Kuantitatif. ABSTRACT This thesis, entitled "The Effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Decline in Reading Interest among FBKK Students of the Class of 2022," is motivated by technological advances such as AI, which are currently rapidly increasing and have taken on a role in the world of education, particularly in the Faculty of Christian Culture and Leadership (FBKK). However, concurrently, the reading interest of FBKK students of the Class of 2022 has decreased. This study aims to determine the extent to which Artificial Intelligence influences the decline in reading interest among FBKK students of the Class of 2022. This study uses a quantitative research method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents via Google Forms. The research indicates that Artificial Intelligence has a significant influence on the decline in reading interest among students in the moderate category.
