Abstract
MELIANTI PAONGANAN (3020186140) tahun 2022 menyusun skripsi dengan judul: Analisis Persepsi Anggota Jemaat Tentang Karakter Kepemimpinan Pekaindoran dan Implikasinya Bagi Majelis Gereja Jemaat Malolo Sesesalu Klasis Renibon Sado'ko'. Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Selvianti sebagai pembimbing 1 dan bapak Rina Id us Tanduklangi sebagai pembimbing 2. Latar belakang penulis mengangkat topik ini, karena penulis mengamati beberapa kasus yang terjadi dilingkup jemaat malolo sesesalu. Dimana di jemaat malolo sesesalu warga jemaat biasa mengalami kasus perselisihan namun dari kasus yang terjadi warga jemaat cenderung melapor kepekaindoran sebagai pemerintahan adat dibandingkan ke majelis gereja. Artinya bahwa warga jemaat lebih percaya kepada pekaindoran untuk menyelesaikan masalah dari pada majelis gereja. Untuk itu rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana persepsi anggota jemaat tentang karakter kepemimpinan pekaindoran dan implikasinya bagi majelis gereja toraja jemaat malolo sesesalu klasis rembon sado'ko'. Tujuan penelitian yang hendak penulis capai yaitu untuk mendeskripsika n persepsi anggota jemaat tentang karakter kepemimpinan pekaindoran dan implikasinya bagi majelis gereja toraja jemaat malolo sesesalu klasis rembon sado'ko'. Metode yang hendak dipakai penulis dalam merampungkan karya tulis ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang perolehan datanya melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari lapangan, warga jemaat memiliki pandangan bahwa karakter kepemimpinan pekaindoran memiliki nilai-nilai karakter yang baik seperti adil, tegas dan bahkan warga jemaat sangat merasakan kepemimpinan dari pekaindoran. Bahkan majelis gereja juga berupaya untuk mengikuti karakter kepemimpinan pekaindoran dalam kepemimpinan dalam jemaat. Kata kunci: Karakter, Kepemimpinan, Pekaindoran. ABSTRACT Melianti Paottganan (3020186140) in 2022f he compiled a thesis entitled : Analysis Of Congregation Members' Perceptions About Pekaindoran Leadership Characters And Its Implications For The Toraja Church Council, the Malolo Sesesalu After the Renibon Sado'ko' Class. Under the guidance of Mrs Selvianti as supervisor 1 and Mr. Rinaldus Tanduklangi as supervisor 2. The background of the author in bringing up this topic, because the author observes several cases that occur within the Malolo Sesesalu every now and then. Where in the Malolo Sesesalu, members of the congregation usually experience cases of disputes, but from the cases that occur the congregation members tend to report to pesindoran as a customan/ goverment rather than to the church assembly. It means that the members of the congregation are more trusting in the pekaindoran to solve problems than the church council. For this reason, the formulation of the problem in this study is how the perception of church members about the leadership character of Pekaindoran and its implications for the Toraja church council, Malolo Sesesalu Klasis Rembon Sado'ko' congregation. The research objecticue that the writer wants to achieve is to describe the perception of church members about the character of Pekaindoran leadership and its implications for the Toraja church assembly, the Malolo Sesesalu klasis Rembon Sado'ko'. The method that the author intends to use in completing this paper is a qualitative research method whose data were obtained through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the research obtained from the field, the congregation members have the view that the leadership character of Pekaindoran has good character values such as fair, firm and even the members of the congregation really feel the leadership of Pekaindoran. Even the church board also tries to follow the character of the Pekaindoran leadership in leadership in the congregation. Keywords: Character, Leadership, Pekaindoran.
