Abstract
Helda Tulak menyusun skripsi dengan judul "Analisis Respons Pengurus PPGT Terhadap Pemuda Pindah Agama di Jemaat Kalembang, Klasis Sangalla Barat Menggunakan Teori Paul F・ Knitter”. Judul ini diangkat sebagai bentuk keprihatinan penulis terhadap kasus pindah agama yang terjadi di Jemaat Kaleinbang. Dalam rentan waktu 5 tahun, dari tahun 2017-2022 ada 3 kasus yang terjadi. Menurut penulis kasus ini butuh perhatian khusus karena pemuda yang pindah agama pernah dan sedang berstatus pengurus saat memilih untuk pindah. Bahkan, orang tua dari pemuda yang pindah agama merupakan Majelis Gereja. Oleh karena itu, penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana respons Pengurus PPGT terhadap pemuda yang pindah agama menggunakan pendekatan Paul F. Knitter. Dalam merampungkan tulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Di mana penulis mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada 8 orang Pengurus PPGT selaku informan. Data yang didapatkan dari observasi dan wawancara, dilakukan reduksi data. Kemudian data dari hasil reduksi disajikan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori Paul F. Knitter. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dari 8 orang Pengurus PPGT yang menjadi informan, 5 di antaranya yakni RPZ MT, M, YLA dan NST termasuk model penerimaan. MP termasuk penganut model pemenuhan. YS termasuk penganut model penggantian. Sedangkan, MSD termasuk penganut model mutualitas. Di akhir tulisan ini, penulis mengharapkan ada hal yang dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak untuk menyikapi persoalan ini. Kata Kunci: Pindah Agama, Respons Pengurus PPGT, Paul F. Knitter. Abstract Helda Tulak wrote a thesis entitled "Analysis of PPGT Management Responses to Youth Converting Religions in the Kalembang Congregation, West Sangalla* Class Using Paul F. Knitter's Theory". This title was appointed as a form of the author's concern about the case of religious conversion that occurred in the Kalembang Congregation. Within a span of 5 years, from 2017-2022 there were 3 cases that occurred. According to the author, this case needs special attention because the young man who changed his religion had and was currently an administrator when he chose to move. In fact, the parents of young converts are the Church Council. Therefore, the author wants to know how the PPGT Management responds to youth who convert to religion using the Paul F. Knitter approach. In completing this paper, the author uses qualitative research methods. Where the author collects data through observation and interviews with 8 PPGT administrators as informants. Data obtained from observations and interviews, data reduction was carried out. Then the data from the reduction results are presented and then analyzed using the theory of Paul F. Knitter. Through this study, it was found that of the 8 PPGT administrators who became informants, 5 of them namely RP, MTZ M, YLA and NST included the acceptance model. MP includes adherents of the fulfillment model. YS belongs to the replacement model. Meanwhile, MSD includes adherents of the mutuality model. At the end of this paper, the author hopes that various parties will do something to address this issue. Keywords: Change of Religion, PPGT Management Response, Paul F. Knitter.
