Abstract

Pelnium Tera Patandean, 2320207473 judul skripsi Analisis Peran Misi Interreligius dalam Meningkatkan Relasi Antarumat Beragama di Lembang Rantebua Kecamatan Rantebua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peran misi interreligius dalam memperkuat hubungan antarumat beragama di Lembang Rantebua, Kecamatan Rantebua. Permasalahan utama yang dikaji adalah perlunya pendekatan misiologis yang relevan dalam merawat keharmonisan di tengah masyarakat yang memiliki keberagaman agama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami kontribusi misi interreligius dalam menciptakan relasi yang damai dan saling menghargai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori teologi dialogis dari Paul F. Knitter dan pluralisme aktif dari Diana L. Eck sebagai dasar teori, yang menekankan dialog terbuka dan keterlibatan lintas iman. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa misi interreligius berperan penting sebagai penghubung komunikasi lintas agama, penguat solidaritas sosial, serta penggerak kerja sama kemasyarakatan. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat hambatan seperti sikap eksklusif dan minimnya ruang dialog formal. Thesis Title: Analysis of the Role of Interreligious Mission in Enhancing Interfaith Relations in Lembang Rantebua.. This study aims to examine the role of interreligious missions in strengthening interfaith relations in Lembang Rantebua, Rantebua District. The main problem studied is the need for a relevant missiological approach in maintaining harmony in a society with religious diversity. The purpose of this study is to understand the contribution of interreligious missions in creating peaceful and respectful relations. This study uses the theory of dialogical theology from Paul F. Knitter and active pluralism from Diana L. Eck as the theoretical basis, which emphasizes open dialogue and interfaith involvement. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that interreligious missions play an important role as a liaison for interfaith communication, a strengthener of social solidarity, and a driver of community cooperation. However, there are still obstacles such as exclusive attitudes and minimal formal dialogue space.
