Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran gereja, khususnya dalam hal pendampingan pastoral, untuk meningkatkan perekonomian warga GKSB Gereja Jemaat Moria Takkesanga. Pendampingan pastoral merupakan bagian integral dalam kehidupan gereja yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek spiritual, tetapi juga berdampak pada kesejahteraan ekonomi jemaat. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini akan menggali berbagai bentuk pendampingan yang diberikan oleh gereja kepada jemaat, seperti pelatihan keterampilan, pemberdayaan ekonomi, serta dukungan sosial yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan taraf hidup. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan mengeksplorasi tantangan yang dihadapi gereja dalam menjalankan program pendampingan pastoral dan dampaknya terhadap perekonomian warga jemaat. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai kontribusi gereja dalam mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi jemaatnya serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan program pendampingan pastoral yang lebih efektif. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of the church, especially in terms of pastoral care, to improve the economy of the GKSB members of the Moria Takkesanga Congregation Church. Pastoral care is an integral part of church life that not only focuses on the spiritual aspect, but also has an impact on the economic welfare of the congregation. Through a qualitative approach, this study will explore various forms of care provided by the church to the congregation, such as skills training, economic empowerment, and social support related to improving the standard of living. In addition, this study will also explore the challenges faced by the church in implementing the pastoral care program and its impact on the economy of the congregation. The results of the study are expected to provide a clear picture of the church's contribution to supporting the economic sustainability of its congregation and provide recommendations for the development of a more effective pastoral care program.
