Abstract
Kata Kunci: Teologi Entrepreneurship Kristen, Gereja, Etika Entrepreneurship ABSTRACT This study examines Christian Entrepreneurship Theology as a spiritual foundation for entrepreneurship within the church, highlighting the decline of the Toraja Mamasa Church Men's Fellowship (PKBGTM) plantation business in Jemaat Sion Rantekamase, which initially operated well and provided benefits. The research aims to analyze Christian Entrepreneurship Theology and the factors contributing to the business's decline. Utilizing qualitative methods through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review, this study found that PKBGTM's understanding of Christian entrepreneurship does not fully reflect the principle of divine calling, instead focusing more on improving the congregation's economy. The business's decline was also attributed to internal factors such as low motivation, members' busy schedules, and weak coordination, as well as external factors like limited support. This study concludes that implementing entrepreneurship within the church requires a strong theological understanding, deep spiritual motivation, and consistent managerial support for sustainable and broad economic, spiritual, and social impact.
