Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the contribution of John Calvin's theology of Christian Entrepreneurship to the concept of multimedia work in the digital era, focusing on the Bua Tallu Lolo Congregation of the Toraja Church. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study explores Calvin's understanding of the theology of work, which views work as a divine calling (vocation), and relates it to the church's evolving multimedia ministry practices in the digital context. The results indicate that the principles of Christian Entrepreneurship, such as responsibility, integrity, service, and teamwork, are highly relevant in building a professional and impactful multimedia ministry. However, the lack of structural support and training from the church hinders its further development. Therefore, the implementation of Calvin's theology of work provides a strong spiritual and ethical framework for the church to manage multimedia as a vehicle for service, human resource development, and potential economic empowerment in the digital era. Keywords: Calvin, Christian Entrepreneurship, Theology of Work, Multimedia, Digital Era.
