Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep shalom dalam kitab Yehezkiel 34:25-27 sebagai Solusi terhadap kerusakan alam yang mendesak di era modern, serta implikasinya bagi Jemaat Kanaan Losso’ dalam pemulihan relasi manusia dengan alam. Ini menyoroti kerusakan alam yang mendesak di era modern ini. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan empat teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika untuk penafsiran biblika dan wawancara untuk kondisi jemaat. Ditemukan bahwa shalom dalam Yehezkiel 34:25-27 adalah kedamaian utuh yang mencakup harmoni manusia dengan alam (keamanan, hujan berkat, tanah subur). Jemaat Kanaan Losso’ menunjukkan kesadaran awal dan beberapa tindakan nyata lingkungan, namun masih belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik. Jemaat perlu pedalaman teologis shalom sebagai dasar iman dan konsistensi praktik menjaga alam. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi bagi pembaruan teologi dalam memahami konsep shalom dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Relasi Manusia dengan Alam, Shalom, Teologi Lingkungan, Yehezkiel 34:25-27 ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the concept of shalom in the book of Ezekiel 34:25-27 as a solution to the urgent destruction of nature in the modern era, and its implications for the Kanaan Losso' Congregation in restoring human relations with nature. This highlights the urgent destruction of nature in this modern era. In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach with four data collection techniques, namely literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The author uses a hermeneutic approach for biblical interpretation and interviews for the condition of the congregation. It was found that shalom in Ezekiel 34:25-27 is complete peace that includes human harmony with nature (security, blessed rain, fertile land). The Kanaan Losso' Congregation showed initial awareness and some real environmental actions, but it has not yet fully run well. The congregation needs a theological interior of shalom as a basis for faith and consistency in the practice of preserving nature. This study is expected to be a contribution to the renewal of theology in understanding the concept of shalom well.
