Abstract

Novita Pasoloran 2020207968 menulis sebuah karya tulis dengan judul “Analisis Terhadap Diakonia Prestasi Pendidikan Di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Kawasik Dan Implikasinya Bagi Peningkatan Diakonia”. Skripsi jurusan Teologi dan Sosiologi Kristen, Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (Toraja), dibimbing oleh Syukur Matasak, M.Th (Pembimbing I) dan Andarias Tandi Sitammu, M.Th (Pembimbing II). Skripsi ini diangkat melalui latar belakang masalah adanya penyakit sosial yang terjadi, dimana konsentrasi anak-anak di jemaat Kawasik 90% lebih fokus ke arena adu kerbau sehingga cara untuk membuat mereka antusias belajar diberikan diakonia prestasi Pendidikan supaya mereka bersaing dalam belajar dan juga bisa memotivasi bagi mereka yang sementara dalam Pendidikan. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak diakonia prestasi pendidikan bagi warga jemaat dan bagaimana upaya peningkatan pelayanan diakonia prestasi di Jemaat Kawasik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi kata, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diakonia prestasi pendidikan di jemaat Kawasik memiliki dampak positif bagi warga jemaat karena pelayanan diakonia ini memberi dorongan dan motivasi semakin giat dalam belajar untuk meningkatkan prestasi. Kata kunci : Diakonia, prestasi Pendidikan,jemaat, gereja. ABSTRACT Novita Pasoloran 2020207968 wrote a paper entitled "Analysis of Diakonia of Educational Achievement in the Toraja Church of the Kawasik Congregation and Its Implications for Improving Diakonia". Thesis of the Department of Christian Theology and Sociology, State Christian Institute (Toraja), supervised by Syukur Matasak, M.Th (Supervisor I) and Andarias Tandi Sitammu, M.Th (Supervisor II). This thesis was raised through the background of the problem of the existence of social diseases that occur, where the concentration of children in the Kawasik congregation is 90% more focused on the buffalo fighting arena so that the way to make them enthusiastic about learning is given diakonia of educational achievement so that they compete in learning and can also motivate those who are currently in education. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the impact of educational achievement diaconia for congregation members and how to improve achievement diaconia services in the Kawasik Congregation. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are then analyzed through word reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that educational achievement diaconia in the Kawasik Congregation has a positive impact on congregation members, which provides this diaconia service to encourage and motivate them to be more active in learning to improve their achievements.
