Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala rumah tangga terhadap keharmonisan dalam jemaat di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Ebenhaezer Burasia. menggunakan metode penelitian kualitataif, studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kepala rumah tangga bisah bertanggung jawab dalam rumah tangga. Melalui pengumpulan data, analisis, dan interpretasi , penelitian kepemimpinan kepala rumah tangga yang dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai kekristenan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap terciptanya suasana jemaat yang rukun, saling menghargai, dan bekerja sama dalam pelayanan. Selain itu, ditemukan pula berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi kepala rumah tangga dalam menjalankan kepemimpinan mereka, seperti keterbatasan waktu, tekanan ekonomi, dan pengaruh budaya modern. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepala rumah tangga masih kurang kesadaran, masih sangat sedikit sekali kepala rumah tangga menyadari tentang pentingnya menjadi seorang kepala rumah tangga tentang hubungan dengan Tuhan. Karena masih fokus pada pekerjaan, jadi belum ada kesadaran bagaimana mereka mendekatkan diri pada Tuhan. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepala Rumah Tangga, Keharmonisan ABSTRACT This study analyzes the leadership of the head of household towards harmony in the congregation at the Toraja church, the Ebenhaezer Burasia congregation. Using qualitative research methods, this study aims to understand how the head of the household can be responsible in the household. Through data collection, analysis, and interpretation, the research on the leadership of the head of the household based on Christian values contributes significantly to the creation of a harmonious congregation atmosphere, mutual respect, and cooperation in service. In addition, various challenges faced by the head of the household in carrying out their leadership were also found, such as time constraints, economic pressures, and the influence of modern culture. Based on research results, heads of households still lack awareness, and very few are aware of the importance of their relationship with God as heads of households. Because they are still focused on work, they lack awareness of how to draw closer to God.
