Abstract

Lita Bungan: 3030218452 menyusun skripsi ini dengan Judul Analisis Peran Kepemimpinan Transformasional Pendeta Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Dalam Ibadah Di Gereja Bethel Tabernakel Jemaat Filadelfia Saluminanga, dibimbing oleh Habel Kombong Kila’ M. Sn, S.Th, selaku dosen pembimbing I dan Setblon Tembang S.Pd, M.Th, selaku dosen pembimbing II. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisi Peran Kepemimpinan Transformasional Pendeta Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Dalam Ibadah Di Gereja Bethel Tabernakel Jemaat Filadelfia Saluminanga. Penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dalam bentuk observasi dan wawancara serta sumber-sumber yang berkaitan dengan penulisan tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendeta gereja bethel tabernakel jemaat filadelfia saluminanga memiliki gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang berdampak positif pada keaktifan jemaat dalam mengikuti ibadah. Pendeta tela menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional melalui keteladanan hidup, perhatian personal, motivasi spritual, serta pelayanan yang melibatkan langsung jemaat. Gaya kepemimpinan ini memperkuat hubungan antara jemaat dan meningkatkan kontribusi mereka dalam pelayanan gereja dan masyarakat, sehingga mendorong pertumbuhan iman yang lebih mendalam dalam komunitas gereja. ABSTRACT Lita Bungan: 3030218452 has written this thesis entitled “An Analysis of the Transformational Leadership Role of the Pastor in Increasing Worship Participation at the Bethel Tabernacle Church, Filadelfia Congregation, Saluminanga,” under the supervision of Habel Kombong Kila’, M.Sn, S.Th, as the first advisor, and Setblon Tembang, S.Pd, M.Th, as the second advisor. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the pastor’s transformational leadership in increasing worship participation at the Bethel Tabernacle Church, Filadelfia Congregation, Saluminanga. This research uses a qualitative method involving observation, interviews, and relevant literature sources. The study concludes that the pastor of the Bethel Tabernacle Church, Filadelfia Congregation, Saluminanga demonstrates a transformational leadership style that positively impacts congregational participation in worship. The pastor applies transformational leadership through exemplary living, personal attention, spiritual motivation, and direct involvement of the congregation in ministry. This leadership style strengthens the relationship between the congregation and the church, enhances their contributions to church and community service, and fosters deeper spiritual growth within the church community.
