Abstract

Firdayanti Talle’ (302028486), menyusun skripsi ini dengan judul “Pelayanan Diakonia Transformatif Untuk Meningkatkan Potensi Warga Jemaat di Cabang Kebaktian Bukit Zaitun Balida”. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Petrus Tiranda, M.Th., selaku dosen pembimbing I dan Markus Sakke Pauranan, S.E., M.Ag, selaku dosen pembimbing II. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelayanan diakonia transformatif untuk meningkatkan potensi warga jemaat di Cabang Kebaktian Bukit Zaitun Balida. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dan observasi guna mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa gereja telah melaksanakan pelayanan diakonia transformatif namun pelaksanaan pelayanan ini belum optimal karena belum berkelanjutan dan belum merangkum seluruh potensi jemaat. Kata kunci: Gereja, Jemaat, Diakonia Transformatif, Potensi. ABSTRACT Firdayanti Talle’ (302028486) authored this thesis titled “Transformative Diaconia Ministry to Enhance the Potential of Congregation Members at the Bukit Zaitun Balida Worship Branch.” The thesis was supervised by Dr. Petrus Tiranda, M.Th., as the first advisor, and Markus Sakke Pauranan, S.E., M.Ag., as the second advisor. The purpose of this thesis is to examine how transformative diaconia ministry enhances the potential of congregation members at the Bukit Zaitun Balida Worship Branch. This research uses a qualitative method conducted through literature study, interviews, and field observations to obtain the required information. The results of field research indicate that the church has implemented transformative diaconal ministry; however, its implementation has not been optimal because it is not yet sustainable and has not encompassed the full potential of the congregation.
