Abstract

YEYEN TANDI LETE, 2020208055, “Analisis Khotbah Ekoteologi Majelis Gereja dan Implikasinya terhadap Partisipasi dalam Pelestarian Lingkungan di Jemaat Pulu’-pulu’.” Dengan asuhan dosen pembimbing I: James Anderson Lola, M.Th; pembimbing II: Naomi Sampe Ph.D. Tujuan judul ini diangkat mengingat dan memperhatikan majelis gereja dalam pelayanan mereka kepada jemaat mengenai penerapan tentang tanggung jawab jemaat dalam mengelola lingkungan. Khususnya, pendeta di jemaat Pulu’-pulu’, dalam pelayanannya telah sering mensosialisasikan lingkungan dalam bentuk ekoteologi dalam khotbahnya, maka demikian tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaiamana bentuk khotbah ekoteologi yang disampaikan kepada jemaat. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan sebuah harapan bahwa dari analisis khotbah ekoteologi yang disampaikan majelis gereja dapat membuktikan tentang bentuk khotbah ekoteologi dan implikasinya kepada jemaat. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu bagaiaman bentuk khotbah ekoteologi dan implikasinya terhadap pelestarian lingkungan hidup di Jemaat Pulu’-pulu’. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk menguraikan bentuk khotbah ekoteologi dan implikasinya terhadap lingkungan hidup di Jemaat Pulu’-pulu’. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk khotbah ekoteologi yang disampaikan majelis gereja, berupa khotbah topikal. Di Jemaat Pulu’-pulu’, pendeta yang melayani telah menyampaikan khotbah mengenai ekoteologi dalam bentuk khotbah topical dan juga biasa menggunakan khotbah ekspositori. Khotbah topikal adalah bentuk khotbah yang berfokus pada topik diskusi, yang terdiri dari poin dan dukungan subpoint dari topik pembahasan. Sedangkan, khotbah ekspositori yaitu jenis khotbah berdasarkan dua atau lebih ayat alkitabiah, dengan topik dan distribusi berdasarkan teks -teks alkitabiah dan jenis khotbah ini dapat dilihat dalam Alkitab. Kata kunci: Ekologi, Ekoteologi, Khotbah, topikal, ekspositori dan tekstual. In particular, the pastor in the Pulu'-pulu' congregation, in his service has often socialized the environment in the form of ecotheology in his sermons, so the goal to be achieved in this study is to see what form of ecotheology sermon is delivered to the congregation. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative method with a hope that from the analysis of ecotheology sermons delivered by the church council can prove the form of ecotheology sermons and their implications for the congregation. The formulation of the problem is what form of ecotheology sermon and its implications for environmental preservation in the Pulu'-pulu' Congregation. The purpose of this writing is to describe the form of ecotheology sermon and its implications for the environment in the Pulu'-pulu' Congregation. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the form of ecotheology sermons delivered by the church assembly is in the form of topical sermons. In the Pulu'-pulu' Congregation, the pastor who serves has delivered sermons on ecotheology in the form of topical sermons and also usually uses expository sermons. Topical sermons are a form of sermon that focuses on the topic of discussion, which consists of points and supporting subpoints from the topic of discussion. Meanwhile, expository sermons are a type of sermon based on two or more biblical verses, with topics and distributions based on biblical texts and this type of sermon can be seen in the Bible.
