Abstract

Pertemuan antara kekristenan dengan ada’ Tubo yang memunculkan suatu indentitas dalam kekristenan yakni ada’ Tubo yang melekat pada diri orang percaya masyarakat Bambang dalam menyelesaikan konflik menggunakan Ritual mebulle babi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengeskposisi Injil Matius 5 :38-48 dan implikasinya bagi ritual mebulle babi sebagai upaya penyelesaian konflik masyarakat Bambang di Mamasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tentang hubungan antara ajaran Yesus dengan kaitan ritual mebullle babi sebagai upaya penyelesaian konflik masyarakat Bambang di Mamasa sebagai prinsip kehidupan sosial ada’ tubo atau adat yang memberikan kehidupan bagi masyarakat Bambang dalam bermasyakat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode eksposisi, penelitian lapangan wawancara. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitan ini bahwa ritual mebulle babi adalah memang jalan yang selalu digunakan oleh masyarakat Bambang secara turun temurun untuk menyelesaikan konflik tersebut. Sehingga dengan adanya cara yang ditempuh untuk menyelesaikan konflik maka kasus tersebut bisa menghasilkan perdamaian yang sejalan dengan ajaran Yesus Kristus dalam Matius 5:38-48. ABSTRACT The meeting between Christianity and Ada' Tubo gave rise to an identity within Christianity, namely Ada' Tubo, which is inherent in the believers of the Bambang community in resolving conflicts using the mebulle pig ritual. In this research the author presents the Gospel of Matthew 5:38-48 and its implications for the pork mebulle pig ritual as an effort to resolve the conflict of the Bambang community in Mamasa. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between the teachings of Jesus and the ritual of mebulle pig as an effort to resolve the conflict between the Bambang community in Mamasa as a principle of social life, ada' tubo or customs that provide life for the Bambang community in society. This research uses a qualitative approach, exposition method, interview field research. The results obtained in this research show that the mebulle pig ritual is indeed a method that has always been used by the Bambang people for generations to resolve these conflicts. So that with the methods used to resolve the conflict, the case can produce peace which is in line with the teachings of Jesus Christ in Matthew 5:38-48.
