Abstract
Markus Sakke Pauranan, 2020. Analisis Kepemimpinan Majelis Gereja Dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Imanuel Botang Kecamatan Makale, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Di bawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. Jermia Limbongan, M. S. sebagai pembimbing I, dan Dr. Ir Yunus Sirante, M.Si sebagai pembimbing II). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jemaat Imanuel Botang, Gereja Toraja, Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja sejak Maret 2020 sampai dengan Oktober 2020. Jemaat Imanuel Botang memiliki sumber daya baik sumber daya manusia maupun sumber daya alamnya yang cukup melimpah, namun belum dikelolah secara maksimal. Melihat kondisi tersebut peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian tentang analisis kepemimpinan majelis gereja dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi jemaat dengan memfokuskan penelitian pada kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi di bidang pertanian hortikultura dan peternakan ayam dan babi. Penelitian ini didesain menurut mixed method antara penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan bentuk kepemimpinan majelis gereja terhadap peningkatan pendapatan anggota jemaat sendangkan penelitian kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu, modal, tenaga keija dan besarnya penerimaan terhadap pendapatan anggota jemaat sebelum dan semasa pandemi Covid 19. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan melalui pengamatan (observasi), wawancara (interview) dan pengisian kuesioner. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan secara deskriptif dan analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Gaya kepemimpinan yang diaplikasikan oleh majelis gereja dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi jemaat adalah gaya kepemimpinan melayani namun belum terlaksana secara optimal. 2). Peran majelis gereja dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi adalah peran sebagai konsultan dan pemberdaya namun belum juga terlaksana secara optimal dan 3). Ada pengaruh yang nyata dari waktu pendampingan majelis gereja, modal, tenaga kerja dan besarnya penerimaan dari anggota jemaat terhadap peningkatan pendapatan per tiga bulan, sebelum pandemi sebesar Rp. 4.794.897,96 sedangkan masa pandemi sebesar Rp 3.478.265,31. Analysis of Leadership of the Church Assembly in Economic Empowerment in the Toraja Church of the Imanuel Bontang congregation Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Jermia Limbongan, M.S. as supervisor I, and Dr. Ir Yunus Sirante, M.Si as supervisor II. This research was conducted in the Imanuel Botang congregation, Toraja Church, Makale District of Tana Toraja Regency from March 2020 to October 2020. Imanuel Botang congregation has many human resources and natural resources, but it has not been managed to the maximum. Seeing the condition,researchers are interested in researching the analysis of church assembly leadership in the ongregation's economic empowerment by focusing research on economic empowerment activities in the field of horticultural agriculture and farming (chicken and pig). This research is designed according to mixed-method between qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research aims to determine the leadership style and role of church councils in the congregation's economic empowerment. In contrast, quantitative research aims to determine the effect of time, Capital, labor, and the amount of acceptance on church members' income before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. Data collection techniques are carried out through library research and field research through observations, interviews, and filling out the questionnaire. Qualitative data analysis is done descriptively and quantitative data analysis using SPSS program version 21. The results of this study showed that: 1). The leadership style applied by the church assembly in its congregation's economic empowerment is the leadership style of serving but has not been implemented optimally. 2). The church assembly's role in economic empowerment is consultants and empowerment but has not been carried out optimally and 3). There is a real influence of the time used by the church's assembly in mentoring, Capital, labor, and the amount of acceptance from members of the congregation to the increase in income per three months, before the pandemic of Rp. 4.794.897,96 during the pandemic period of Rp. 3.478.265,31.
