Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis keadilan dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di Desa Awo’gading, Kecamatan Lamasi, dalam perspektif sila kelima Pancasila. Keadilan sosial merupakan prinsip penting yang menekankan pemerataan hak dan kesempatan bagi seluruh masyarakat tanpa diskriminasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi ketidakadilan yang terjadi dalam distribusi bantuan, terutama terkait penerima yang tidak memenuhi kriteria, sementara mereka yang lebih membutuhkan justru terabaikan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara dengan informan kunci, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses distribusi bantuan sosial belum sepenuhnya adil dan merata. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan ketidakadilan adalah pendataan yang tidak akurat, minimnya transparansi, dan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pembaruan data secara berkala, peningkatan transparansi, dan pelibatan masyarakat secara aktif sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan prinsip keadilan sosial sesuai dengan Pancasila. Dengan demikian, distribusi bantuan sosial dapat lebih tepat sasaran dan menciptakan kesejahteraan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Desa Awo'gading. ABSTRACT This research analyzes justice in the distribution of social assistance in Awo'gading Village, Lamasi District, from the perspective of the fifth principle of Pancasila. Social justice is an important principle that emphasizes equal distribution of rights and opportunities for all people without discrimination. The focus of this research is to identify injustices that occur in the distribution of aid, especially regarding recipients who do not meet the criteria, while those who need it more are neglected. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research collects data through observation, interviews with key informants, and documentation studies. The research results show that the process of distributing social assistance is not completely fair and equitable. Several factors that cause injustice are inaccurate data collection, lack of transparency, and lack of community participation in the decision-making process. This research recommends regular data updates, increased transparency, and active community involvement as an effort to realize the principles of social justice in accordance with Pancasila. In this way, the distribution of social assistance can be more targeted and create more inclusive and sustainable prosperity in Awo'gading Village.
