Abstract

ABSTRAK Novita Liku, Nirm 2020197047 Menulis skripsi ini dengan judul “Harapan Di Tengah Penderitaan Analisis Kemiskinan Di Desa Rante Mario Menurut Teologi Pembebasan Aloysius Pieris” Di bawah bimbingan bapak Yohanes Krismantyo Susanta, M.Th dan Ibu Anissa Citra Paonganan,M.Pd. Kemiskinan Merupakan salah satu tantangan sosial yang masih menjadi perhatian utama di berbagai belahan dunia, yang mempengaruhi aspek kehidupan manusia, seperti kesehatan, pendidikan, keamanan pangan. Maka Teologi pembebasan hadir dan nyata di dalam peran pemerintah/desa, masyarakat, dan peran Gereja. Dalam hal pemerintah memberikan bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat yang kurang mampu, peran masyarakat yang senantiasa memberi diri dalam hal membantu mereka yang mengalami kesusahan dan peran gereja dalam hal menyatakan rasa peduli dengan mengadakan program diakonia kepada anggota jemaat dan kunjungan kasih, tidak hanya melalui material tetapi dengan dukungan spiritual melalui penguatan ibadah dan doa. Dalam penulisan ini metode yang digunakan penulis adalah kualitatif yang didukung dengan pendekatan deskriptif, lalu data dikumpulkan dengan memanfaatkan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Temuan penelitian menemukan bahwa kemiskinan yang dialami oleh masyarakat setempat dikarenakan beberapa faktor, seperti tidak mempunyai pekerjaan tetap, kemudian juga karena pendidikan yang rendah dalam hal ini tidak memiliki wawasan ataupun pengetahuan yang memadai untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan dan juga ada sebagian warga yang tidak berusaha dan hanya mengandalkan bantuan orang lain dan bantuan dari pemerintah/ desa. Kata Kunci : Kemiskinan, Masyarakat, Teologi Pembebasan ABSTRACT Novita Liku, Nirm 2020197047 Writing this thesis with the title "Hope in the Midst of Suffering Analysis of Poverty in Rante Mario Village According to the Liberation Theology of Aloysius Pieris" Under the guidance of Mr Yohanes Krismantyo Susanta, M.Th and Ms Anissa Citra Paonganan, M.Pd. Poverty is a social challenge that is still a major concern in various parts of the world, which affects aspects of human life, such as health, education, food security. So liberation theology is present and real in the role of government/village, society, and the role of the Church. In terms of the government providing social assistance to underprivileged communities, the role of the community is to always give of themselves in terms of helping those who experience difficulties and the role of the church in terms of expressing care by holding diakonia programs for congregation members and love visits, not only through material but also by spiritual support through strengthening worship and prayer. In this writing, the method used by the author is qualitative, supported by a descriptive approach, then data was collected using observation and interview techniques. The research findings found that the poverty experienced by the local community was due to several factors, such as not having a permanent job, then also because of low education, in this case not having sufficient insight or knowledge to get a job and there were also some residents who did not try and only relied on help from other people and help from the government/village.
