Abstract
ABSTRAK Yorinda Arruanbanga : 3020208057 menyusun skripsi ini dengan judul Analisis Kepemimpinan Visioner Pendeta untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Rohani di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Pali, di bimbing oleh Andres Barata Yudha, Ph.D. selaku dosen pembimbing I dan Hasrat Dewy Rante Allo, M.MG. selaku dosen pembimbing II. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan Visioner pendeta untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani di gereja toraja jemaat pali. Penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dalam bentuk observasi dan wawancara serta sumber-sumber yang berkaitan dengan penulisan tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendeta Gereja Toraja Jemaat Pali memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang visioner dan berdampak positif pada pertumbuhan rohani jemaat. Pendeta memiliki pandangan yang jauh ke depan, mampu memotivasi dan menginspirasi jemaat, serta mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam kehidupan gereja. Pendeta juga menjadi contoh dalam berdoa, membaca Alkitab, dan beribadah, serta aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan gereja yang mendorong partisipasi jemaat. Gaya kepemimpinan ini memperkuat hubungan antar jemaat dan meningkatkan kontribusi mereka dalam pelayanan gereja dan masyarakat, sehingga mendorong pertumbuhan rohani yang lebih mendalam dalam komunitas gereja. ABSTRACT Yorinda Arruanbanga : 3020208057 wrote this thesis with the title Analysis of the Pastor's Visionary Leadership to Increase Spiritual Growth in the Toraja Pali Congregation Church, supervised by Andres Barata Yudha, Ph.D. as supervisor I and Hasrat Dewy Rante Allo, M.MG. as supervisor II. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of visionary leadership of pastors to increase spiritual growth in Toraja Pali churches. In this writing, the author used qualitative research methods carried out in the form of observations and interviews as well as sources related to the writing. This research concludes that the pastor of the Toraja Pali Congregation Church has a visionary leadership style and has a positive impact on the spiritual growth of the congregation. The pastor has a far-sighted view, is able to motivate and inspire the congregation, and integrates spiritual values in church life. The pastor also sets an example in praying, reading the Bible, and worshiping, and is active in various church activities that encourage congregational participation. This leadership style strengthens relationships between congregants and increases their contributions to church and community service, thereby encouraging deeper spiritual growth within the church community.
