Abstract
ABSTRAK Andrianus Pappang dengan judul Analisis Strategi Lurah Dalam Meningkatkan Mindset Wirausaha Masyarakat di Kelurahan Rante Kalua'. Dibawa bimbingan Sumiati Putri Natalia, M.Pd dan Anissa Citra Paonganan, M.Pd. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Lurah Dalam Meningkatkan Mindset Wirausaha Masyarakat di Kelurahan Rante Kalua' dan pemahaman masyarakat Rante Kalua' tentang bagaimana membangun Wirausaha dengan baik. Penulis mengangkat masalah ini karena penulis melihat banyaknya peluang-peluang usaha yang terbuka sekarang ini terkusus di Kelurahan Rante Kalua', maka dari itu masyarakat di Kelurahan Rante Kalua' sangat berpeluang dengan melihat kondisi dan keadaan usaha yang akan didirikan oleh masyarakat sesuai dengan peluang yang ada dan kemampuan masing-masing Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian observasi dan wawancara, sehingga dengan metode ini peneliti dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai pemahaman masyarakat Rante Kalua' tentang Analisis Strategi Lurah dalam Meningkatkan Mindset Wirausaha Masyarakat di Kelurahan Rante Kalua'. Dari masalah ini diperoleh data dan kesimpulan bahwa strategu Lurah dalam meningkatkan mindset wurausaha masyarakat di Kelurahan Rante Kalua' dengan mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan dan bantuan keterangan usaha. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Mindset, Wirausaha ABSTRACK Andianus Pappang With the title Analysis of the Village Head's strategy in improving the entrepreneur mindset of the community in Rante Kalua' village. Under the guidance of Suniiati Putri Natalia, M.Pd. and Anissa Citra Paonganan, M.Pd. the aim of this research is to find out the village head's strategy for increasing the entrepreneur mindset of the community in Rante Kalua' sub districk and the Rante Kalua' coommunity's understanding ofhow to build entrepreneursip ewll. The author raises this issue because the author raises that there are many business opportunities that are currently open, especially in Rante Kakua' Village, therefore the people in Rante Kalua' Village have a great opportunity by looking at the conditions and circumstances ofthe businesses that will be established by the community in accordance with the existing opportunities. and their respective abilities. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative approach method with observation and interview research, so that with this method the researcher could find out information regarding the Rante Kalua' community's understanding of the Village Head's Strategy Analysis in improving the entrepreneur mindset of the community in the Rante Kalua' sub-district. Front this problem, data and conclusions zuere obtained that the Village Head's stragy ivas to improve the entrepreneur mindset of the community in Rante Kalua' sub-district by holding training and providing business iformation assistance.
