Abstract
ABSTRAK Dewi Palimbong: 3020197133, Analisis Partisipasi Pemuda Pemudi dalam Pelayanan di Gereja pantekosta Serikat Di Indonesia (GPSDI) Jemaat Alfa Omega Ranteponglu Kabupaten Toraja Utara (Dibimbing Oleh Merry Adeng, M.Pd dan Markus Sakke Pauranan SE.,M.Ag) Pemuda merupakan generasi penerus yang akan menentukan masa depan Gereja dan meneruskan perjuangan gereja di masa yang akan datang. Di Pundak mereka di beri tanggung jawab yang begitu berat untuk dapat bertanggung jawab atas panggilan mereka sebagai pemuda kristen. Penulis membahas topik ini melihat partisipasi pemuda-pemudi dalam pelayanan khususnya di Gereja Pantekosta Serikat Di Indonesia GPSDI Jemaat Alfa Omega Ranteponglu kurang optimal karena beberapa pemuda yang tidak mau terlibat aktif dalam pelayanan seperti singers, tamborine, dan musik. Pemuda-pemudi lebih cenderung pada kegiatan yang menyenangkan hati mereka dan kurang meluangkan waktu untuk berpartisipasi dalam pelayanan di jemaat itu sendiri, kesimpulan partisipasi pemuda-pemudi dalam pelayanan belum maksimal karena dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, baik faktor dari dalam maupun faktor dari luar. Karena itu penulis merasa sangat penting untuk melihat dan mengkaji lebih jauh masalah tersebut, seperti yang dituangkan dalam tulisan ini. Kata Kunci: Pemuda Pemudi, Partisipasi, Pelayanan. ABSTRACK Dewi Palimbong: 3020197133, Analysis of Youth Participation in Service at United Pentecostal Church in Indonesia (GPSDI) Alfa Omega Ranteponglu Congregation, North Toraja Regency (Supervised by M.erry Adeng, M.Pd and Markiis Sakke Pauranan SE., M.Ag) Youth is a generation successor zoho will deterniine the future of the Church and continue the struggle ofthe church in the future. On their shoulders they are given a very heavy responsibility to be responsible for their calling as young Christians. The author discusses this topic by looking at the participation of young people in ministry, especially at the United Pentecostal Church in Indonesia GPSDI Congregation of Alfa Omega Ranteponglu is not optimal because some youths do not want to be actively involved in ministry such as singers, tambourines and music. young people are more inclined to activities that please them and spend less time participating in ministry in the congregation itself. The conclusion is that the participation of young people in Services is not maximized because it is influenced by several factors, both internal and external factors. Because of that the author feels it is very important to see and study further the problem, as outlined in this paper.
