Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Peranan Pemangku Adat Racana Pangkalan IAKN Toraja Terhadap Peningkatan Kedisiplinan Anggota Persperktif Emile Durkheim. Dalam Struktur Racana Pemangku Adat Racana Memiliki Peranan Yang Sttrategis Dalam Meningkatkan Kedisplinan Anggota. Namun Di Lapangan Anggota Menunjukkan Mengabaikan Aturan. Kondisi Ini Dilihat Dari Peranan Pemangku Adat Racana Belum Menyalurkan Norma Kedisiplinan Belum Berjalan Dengan Baik. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Metode Kualitatif Dengan Tektik Pengumpulan Data Melalui Observasi, Wawancara Mendalam Dan Dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Peranan Tersebut Belum Berjalan Baik, Akibatnya Kekuatan Memaksa Dari Fakta Sosial Melemah Sehingga Anggota Cenderung Mengabaikan Peraturan Dan Tata Tertib Yang Berlaku. Temuan Ini Menyatakan Bahwa Peranan Pemangku Adat Dalam Menjalankakn Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab Belum Berjalan Optimal. Kata Kunci : Pemangku Adat Racana, Kedisiplinan, Solidaritas Sosial. ABSTRACT This Study Aims To Analyze The Role Of The Racana Customary Leaders (Pemangku Adat) At The IAKN Toraja Base In Improving Member Discipline From The Perspective Of Emile Durkheim. Within The Racana Structure, The Customary Leaders Hold A Strategic Position In Fostering Member Discipline. However, Empirical Evidence Indicates That Members Tend To Disregard The Regulations. This Condition Occurs Because The Customary Leaders Have Not Effectively Transmitted The Norms Of Discipline. This Study Employs A Qualitative Method, With Data Collection Techniques Including Observation, In-Depth Interviews, And Documentation. The Results Indicate That This Role Has Not Been Executed Well. Consequently, The Coercive Power Of Social Facts Has Weakened, Leading To A Tendency Among Members To Ignore The Prevailing Rules And Code Of Conduct. These Findings Demonstrate That The Customary Leaders Have Not Yet Performed Their Duties And Responsibilities Optimally.
