Abstract

Ardinus (10229523) Tahun 2025 menyusun skripsi yang berjudul Pengembangan Pendidikan Multikultural Berdasarkan Film Elemental Forces Of Nature. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Calvin Sholla Rupa’, M.Th, selaku pembimbing I dan Sepriadi Bunga, S.Pd., M.Ag, selaku pembimbing II. Permasalahan akan diskriminasi, perpecahan, pertikaian, dan masalah sejenisnya, sangat penting untuk diperhatikan pada dewasa ini. Faktor utama dalam masalah ini adalah perbedaan baik agama, budaya, ras, bahkan perbedaan pandangan serta fisik. Sehingga Pendidikan sebagai wadah pembelajaran perlu mengambil peran dalam upaya untuk mengatasi persoalan multikultural yang terjadi saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriktif dan analisis konten, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang meliputi, research library dan pengamatan pada konten film. Salah satu upaya yang di tawarkan dalam penelitian ini, adalah sikap untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai pendidikam multikultural secara kusus di lingkungan sekolah dengan sikap kesatuan secara totalitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa era globalisasi yang menawarkan media berupa film, secara kusus film Elemental Forces of Nature sangat relevan untuk dijadikan sebagai rujukan pengembangan pendidikan multikultural di Indonesia secara khusus di lingkungan sekolah. Kata Kunci : Film Elemental Forces of Nature, Pendidikan Multikultural, Peran Pendidikan, Pengembangan. ABSTRACT Ardinus (10229523), a graduate of the 2025 National Student Research Program (National Student Research Program), wrote a thesis entitled "Development of Multicultural Education Based on the Film Elemental Forces of Nature”. He was supervised by Dr. Calvin Sholla Rupa', M.Th., as his first advisor, and Sepriadi Bunga, S.Pd., M.Ag., as his second advisor. The issues of discrimination, division, conflict, and similar issues are crucial to address today. The primary factors contributing to these issues are differences in religion, culture, race, and even perspectives and physical appearance. Therefore, education, as a learning platform, needs to play a role in addressing current multicultural issues. This study employed qualitative descriptive research methods and content analysis, with data collection techniques including library research and observation of film content. One of the efforts offered in this study is an attitude to develop multicultural educational values, specifically within the school environment, with an attitude of total unity. The results of this study indicate that the era of globalization, which offers media in the form of film, specifically the film Elemental Forces of Nature, is highly relevant as a reference for developing and understanding differences among students at school and in their local communities.
