Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya perilaku asertif siswa kelas XII.3 SMA 3 Tana Toraja. Sebagian besar siswa kurang bersikap jujur, enggan menolak hal yang tidak disukai karena takut dijauhi, takut mengungkapkan pendapat karena merasa kuatir diejek, serta kurang menghargai pendapat orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik sosiodrama dapat meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal di kelas XII.3 SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja. Pada pra siklus bersikap jujur berada pada kategori kurang (27,07%), bersikap terbuka berada pada kategori kurang (43,75%), dan menghargai pendapat orang lain berada pada kategori kurang (43,05%). Pada siklus I bersikap jujur berada pada kategori cukup (68,05%), bersikap terbuka berada pada kategori baik (77,91%), dan menghargai pendapat orang lain berada pada kategori baik (71,52%). Pada siklus II, bersikap jujur berada pada kategori sangat baik (89,58%), bersikap terbuka berada pada kategori sangat baik (88,19%), dan menghargai pendapat orang lain berada pada kategori sangat baik (93,05%). Karena telah memenuhi standar keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan, maka peningkatan ini dianggap berhasil. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan klasikal, Teknk Sosiodrama, Perilaku Asertif. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low assertive behavior of class XII.3 students of SMA 3 Tana Toraja. Most students are less honest, reluctant to refuse things they don't like because they are afraid of being shunned, afraid to express opinions because they are worried about being ridiculed, and do not respect the opinions of others. This study aims to describe the application of classical guidance with sociodrama techniques in improving students' assertive behavior. The method used in this study is Counseling Guidance Action Research (PTBK). The results of the study indicate that the application of sociodrama techniques can improve students' assertive behavior in classical guidance services in class XII.3 of SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja. In the pre-cycle, being honest is in the less category (27.07%), being open is in the less category (43.75%), and respecting the opinions of others is in the less category (43.05%). In the first cycle, being honest is in the sufficient category (68.05%), being open is in the good category (77.91%), and respecting the opinions of others is in the good category (71.52%). In cycle II, honesty was in the very good category (89.58%), openness was in the very good category (88.19%), and respecting others' opinions was in the very good category (93.05%).
