Abstract
Satriani Andi Paembonan, 2220218212 jurusan Pastoral Konseling tahun 2025 menyusun skripsi dengan judul Perencanaan Konseling Pastoral Pada Korban Perselingkuhan Ddengan Pendekatan REBT Di Jemaat Gloria Buttutanga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perencanaan konseling pastoral bagi individu yang menjadi korban perselingkuhan dijemaat Gloria Buttutanga dengan menerapkan pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy(REBT). Perselingkuhan iketahuai menimbulkan dampak signifikan terhadapkondisi emosional,Psikologis,sioal dan spiritual korban yang kerap berujung pada trauma, perasaan tidak berdaya sertapembetukan pola pikir irasional yang dapat memperburuk kesehatanmentl. Tujuan utama penelitianini adalah merumuskan langkah-langkaah sistematis dalam konseling pastoral yang dapat membantu korbandalammengubah pola pikir negativf menjadi polapikir yang lebih rsional. Penelitianini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terhadap satu informan utamayang merupakan korbanperselingkuhan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa perencanaan konseling pastoralberbasis REBT meliputi empat tahapan utama yaitu: membangun hubungan kepercayaan(report) mengumpulkan data informasi(anamnesa), mengidentifikasi sumber permasalahan(Diagnosa) dan merancang perencanaan tindakan(treatmean plant). Pendekatan initerbukti efektif dalam mebantu dan menantang keyakinan irasional,mengembangkan pola pikir yang lebih sehat serta meningkatkan kemamuan adapatasi terhdap situasi baru. Kata Kunci : Konseling Pastoral, Perselingkuhan, Ratioanl Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Jemaat GloraiButtutanga, pemulihan psikologis. ABSTRACT Satriani Andi Paembonan, 2220218212, majoring in Pastoral Counselling in 2025, wrote a thesis titled Pastoral Counselling Planning for Victims of Infidelity Using the REBT Approach at the Gloria Buttutanga Church. This study aims to examine pastoral counselling planning for individuals who are victims of infidelity in the Gloria Buttutanga congregation by applying the Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) approach. Infidelity is known to have significant impacts on the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual conditions of victims, often leading to trauma, feelings of helplessness, and the formation of irrational thought patterns that can worsen mental health. The primary objective of this study is to formulate systematic steps in pastoral counselling that can assist victims in transforming negative thought patterns into more rational ones. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection techniques involving interviews with one primary informant who is a victim of infidelity. The results of the study indicate that REBT-based pastoral counselling planning consists of four main stages: building a relationship of trust (report), collecting information (anamnesis), identifying the source of the problem (diagnosis), and designing an action plan (treatment plan). This approach has proven effective in helping and challenging irrational beliefs, developing healthier thinking patterns, and enhancing adaptability to new situations.
