Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas manajemen pelayanan anak melalui penyelarasan program Sekolah Minggu dan Pusat Pengembangan Anak (PPA) di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Sangpolo Bungin. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui bagaimana fungsi manajemen gereja dalam melihat penyelarasan dua unit pelayanan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Sekolah Minggu dan PPA memiliki sistem berbeda, keduanya memiliki sasaran yang sama dan telah melakukan kolaborasi informal, seperti kegiatan bersama dan penggunaan fasilitas. Hambatan utama adalah perbedaan struktur kerja dan minimnya koordinasi. Namun, kesadaran bahwa PPA adalah bagian dari gereja menjadi dasar terbentuknya sinergi. Strategi yang disarankan meliputi komunikasi rutin, fleksibilitas jadwal, dan kerja sama lintas pengurus untuk mewujudkan pelayanan anak yang holistik. Kata Kunci: Manajemen pelayanan anak, penyelarasan program, Sekolah Minggu, PPA ABSTRACT This study examines the management of children's ministry through the alignment of the Sunday School and Child Development Center (PPA) programs at the Sangpolo Bungin Congregation of the Toraja Church. The aim was to determine how church management functions in overseeing the alignment of these two service units. The study used descriptive qualitative methods using observation, interviews, and document study techniques. The results show that although the Sunday School and PPA have different systems, both share common goals and have engaged in informal collaboration, such as joint activities and use of facilities. The main obstacles are differences in work structures and minimal coordination. However, the awareness that the PPA is part of the church is the basis for forming synergy. Recommended strategies include regular communication, flexible schedules, and cross-board collaboration to realize holistic children's ministry.
