Abstract
Nama: Sepprida Domba', (2025) "Analisis Tingkat Kecemasan Belajar Menurut Teknik Restrukturisasi Kognitif Aaron Temkin Beck di Kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja". Penelitian ini dibimbing oleh Mery Toban, S.Th, M.Pd.K. dan Neni Riskayanti, M.Pd. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya siswa kelas XI yang mengalami kecemasan belajar dalam bentuk gejala fisik, kognitif, dan perilaku yang memengaruhi proses belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kecemasan belajar serta bagaimana strategi restrukturisasi kognitif Aaron Temkin Beck dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi kecemasan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara terhadap tiga informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua informan mengalami kecemasan belajar tingkat sedang dan satu informan berada pada tingkat kecemasan rendah. Teknik restrukturisasi kognitif yang diterapkan meliputi identifikasi pikiran negatif, evaluasi dan tantangan terhadap pikiran tersebut, mengganti pikiran negatif dengan yang lebih positif dan realistis, serta penguatan melalui latihan dan dukungan. Teknik ini efektif membantu siswa mengurangi kecemasan belajar dan membentuk pola pikır yang lebih positif Kata kunci: Kecemasan Belajar, Restrukturisasi Kognitif ABSTRACT Name: Sepprida Domba', (2025) "Analysis of Learning Anxiety Levels According to Aaron Temkin Beck's Cognitive Restructuring Technique in Class XI of SMA Negeri 3 Tana Toraja". This research was supervised by Mery Toban, S.Th, M.Pd.K. and Neni Riskayanti, M.Pd. This research was motivated by the presence of eleventh grade students who experienced learning anxiety in the form of physical, cognitive, and behavioral symptoms that affected the learning process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of learning anxiety and how Aaron Temkin Beck's cognitive restructuring strategy could be applied to overcome this anxiety. This study used a qualitative approach with observation and interview methods with three informants. The results showed that two informants experienced moderate levels of learning anxiety and one informant had a low level of anxiety. The cognitive restructuring techniques applied included identifying negative thoughts, evaluating and challenging these thoughts, replacing negative thoughts with more positive and realistic ones, and strengthening through practice and support. This technique is effective in helping students reduce learning anxiety and develop more positive thinking patterns. Keywords: Learning Anxiety, Cognitive Restructuring.
