Abstract
Bullying adalah salah satu permasalahan yang dapat menghambat terciptanya suasana belajar yang aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis teori pengkondisian operan (operant conditioning) dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen sebagai upaya menangani perilaku bullying di kelas IV UPT SDN 3 Sangalla. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen, siswa yang menjadi korban bullying, pelaku bullying, dan siswa pendamping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam analisis teori, tujuh prinsip utama, yakni memberikan umpan balik langsung terkait perilaku siswa, mengadaptasi pembelajaran sesuai dengan karakter siswa, menggunakan materi pembelajaran yang berlandaskan nilai, menyediakan ruang untuk aktivitas mandiri siswa, menghindari hukuman fisik, menerapkan penguatan variabel, serta teknik pembentukan perilaku yang bertahap. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teori pengkondisian operan dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen sebagai strategi untuk mencegah dan menangani perundungan di sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: Operant Conditioning, Bullying, Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Penguatan. ABSTRACT Bullying is one of the problems that can hinder the creation og a learning atmosphere. This Study aims to analyze the application of operant conditioning theory in Christian Religious Education learning ini handling bullying behavior in class IV UPT SDN 3 Sangalla’. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The sujects of the study consisted of Christian Religious Education teachers, student who were victims of bullying, perpetrators of bullying, and accomanying students’ The relults showed that Christian Religious Education teachers applied seven main principles in the theory of operant conditioning, namely providing direct feedback on student behavior, learning that adapts to student character, using value-based learning materials, providing space for student independent activities, avoiding physical punishment, applying variable reinforcement and shaping techniques or gradual behavior formation This study shows that the theory of operant conditioning can be implemented effectively in Christian Religious Education learning as a strategy for preventing and handling bullying in elementary schools.
