Abstract
Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa yang tidak tekun dalam berdoa ketika pelajaran Agama berlangsung, selalu berbicara kotor dan bahkan selalu berbohong serta mengejek dan memukul teman sebayanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam penerapan literasi Alkitab terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa kelas V di SDN 10 Gandangbatu Sillanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yaitu reduksi data, display data, menarik kesimpulan kemudian pengujian keabsahan data yaitu triangulasi dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Berdasarkan teknik yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru pendidikan agama Kristen menerapkan literasi Alkitab dapat membentuk karakter religius siswa dalam ketaatan beribadah, anti kekerasan, sikap toleransi, sikap bertanggung jawab, perilaku jujur. Kata Kunci : Guru, literasi Alkitab, karakter religius. The problem in this research is that students are not diligent in praying during religious lessons, always talk dirty and even always lie and mock and hit their peers. This research aims to analyze the role of Christian religious education teachers in applying Biblical literacy to the formation of the religious character of class V students at SDN 10 Gandangbatu Sillanan. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions, then testing the validity of the data, namely triangulation and using reference materials. Based on the techniques used, the research results show that Christian religious education teachers implementing Bible literacy can shape students' religious character in devotion to worship, non-violence, tolerance, responsibility and honest behavior.
