Abstract
ABSTRAK Thirsania Iccasari (1020207762). Pengaruh Integritas Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap Disiplin Siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu (Dibimbing oleh Bartolomius Budi S.Pd, M.Th dan Desti Samarenna M.Th). Berdasarkan pengamatan penulis di SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu, bahwa guru PAK belum maksimal dalam menampakkan integritasnya, hal ini dapat dilihat dari cara guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang hanya menjelaskan dan memberi tugas kemudian meninggalkan ruangan kelas, sehingga tidak memperhatikan siswa dalam kelas selama waktu pembelajaran. Guru juga terlambat masuk kelas pada waktu pembelajaran sehingga siswa ikut terlambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh integritas guru PAK terhadap disiplin siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu, berada di Kecamatan Kapala Pitu tepatnya di Kelurahan Polopadang. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2023 sampai Juni 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket atau kuesioner. Dalam hal ini Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan ialah (1) Uji deskripsi data X dan Y, (2) Uji Normalitas, (3) Uji Linearitas, (4) Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah indikator komitmen 0,471%, konsisten 0,698% dan bertanggung jawab 0,666% terhadap variabel Y. Dan indikator variabel X yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi variabel Y adalah konsisten yakni 0,698%. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa integritas guru PAK berpengaruh terhadap disiplin siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu. Kata Kunci: Integritas, Guru PAK, Disiplin. The Influence of the Integrity of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Discipline of Class VII Students at SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu (Guided by Bartolomius Budi S.Pd, M.Th and Desti Samarenna M.Th). Based on the author's observations at SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu, that christian religious edication teachers have not been maximal in showing their integrity, this can seen from the way the teacher in learning activities only explains and gives assignments then leaves the classroom, so he does not pay attention to the student in the class during the time learning. Teachers are also class during learning time so student are also late. This research aims to determine the influence of PAK teacher integrity on the discipline of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu. This type of research is quantitative research. The research was carried out in class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu, in Kapala Pitu District, precisely in Polopadang Village. The research was carried out from October 2023 to June 2024. Data collection technique in this research are through literature study, with the instrument used being a questionnaire. In this case, the data analysis techniques used are (1) X and Y data description test, (2) Normality test, (3) Linearity test, (4) Hypothesis test. The research results show that the total indicator of commitment is 0.471%, consistent 0.698% and responsible for 0.666% for variable Y. And the indicator for variable X which is more dominant in influencing variable Y is consistent, namely 0.698%. So, it can be concluded that the integrity of PAK teachers influences the discipline of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Kapala Pitu.
