Abstract

Abstrak Budaya kerja adalah daya sosial yang tidak nampak, namun bisa menggerakan orang yang ada didalam suatu instansi atau organisasi untuk melakukan aktivitas dalam bekerja. Sebagai instansi pendidikan yang berada dalam naungan Kementerian Agama, Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Toraja perlu menerapkan 5 nilai budaya kerja dalam Kementerian Agama. Berdasarkan hal ini menarik bagi penulis untuk meneliti bagaimana budaya kerja dosen Prodi Teologi di Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Toraja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui budaya kerja dosen Prodi Teologi di Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Toraja, dengan melibatkan teori berdasarkan masing-masing indikator yang terdapat 5 nilai budaya kerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui field research dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Melalui hasil penelitian, peneliti menjumpai bahwa dosen Prodi Teologi telah memahami setiap nilai yang terdapat dalam 5 budaya kerja Kementerian Agama namun menemui kendala pada tahap pengimplementasian. Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Teologi, IAKN Toraja. Abstract Work culture is a socialforce that is not visible, but can move people in an agency or organization to carry out activities at work. As an educational institution under the auspices ofthe Ministry ofReligion, the Toraja State Christian Institute (IAKN) needs to implement 5 work culture values zvithin the Ministry of Religion. Based on this, it is interestingfor the author to exaniine how the work culture ofthe Theology Study Program lecturer at the Toraja State Christian Institute. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the work culture ofthe Theology Study Program lecturer at the State Christian Institute (IAKN) Toraja, by involving theory based on each indicator that contained 5 values ofwork culture. This research was conducted through field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Through the results ofthe study, the researchers found that the Theology Study Program lecturer had understood every value contained in the 5 work cultures of the Ministry ofReligion but encountered obstacles at the implementation stage.
