Abstract

ABSTRAK Lis Boka', Nirm 2320197256 menulis skripsi ini dengan judul "Kajian Misiologis Tentang Pelayanan Ibadah Persekutuan Kaum Bapak Gereja Toraja Di Jemaat Elim Bau Tibong" Dibimbing Oleh Gayus Darius, M.Th dan Ones Kristiani Rapa', M.si. Persekutuan kaum Bapak pada Gereja Toraja merupakan suatu organisasi yang penting. Maka dari itu perlu dalam Jemaat setiap Gereja Toraja membentuk organisasi persekutuan kaum Bapak. Untuk itu juga Gereja Toraja Jemaat Elim Bau Tibong membentuk organisasi persekutuan kaum Bapak dengan tujuan untuk bersekutu melayani bersama. Misiologi adalah suatu tugas utama yang dilakukan oleh Gereja dan setiap orang yang sudah menerima keselamatan dari Tuhan. peran Misi Gereja sangat diperlukan dalam mengaktifkan pengurus dan anggota PKBGT Jemaat Elim Bau Tibong. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, jenis Deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, dan observasi. Temuan penelitian menemukan bahwa pengurus dan anggota persekutuan kaum Bapak, yang sudah memahami dengan mengenai pentingnya persekutuan kaum Bapak dalam Gereja, namun kurang memahami dengan baik bagaimana tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing dalam pelayanan. Adanya kelalaian dari pengurus dalam mengaktifkan anggota PKB begitupun dengan anggota PKB yang tidak ingin memberi diri untuk turut aktif dalam kegiatan PKB dan pelayanan. Kata Kunci : Misiologis, Misi Gereja, Persekutuan Kaum Bapak, Kurang Aktif. The Association of fathers in the Toraja Church is an important organization. therefore, it is necessary for every Toraja church Congregation to form a Fathers' Fellowship organization. For this reason, the Toraja Church, Elim Bau Tibong Congregation. Formed a Fathers' Fellowship organization with the aim of Fellowshipping and serving together Missiology ia a man task carried out by the church and everyone who has received salvation form God. The Mission role of the church is very necessary in activating the Management and members of the PKBGT Elim Bau Tibong Congregation. In this research the author used descriptive qualitative research methods data collection techniquees used were interviews and observation the research findings found that the administrator d and administrator d of the fathers Association, who already understand the imfortance of the fathers Association in the church, do not properly understand their respective dutres and responsibilities in ministry. the is negligence from the management in activating PKB members as well as PKB members who do not want to give them selvrs to actively participate in PKB activities and service.
