Abstract
ABSTRAK Monalisa Katiok, 1020207456, Analisis Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin Generasi Alfa Dari Prespektif Thomas Lickona di UPT SDN 3 Mengkendek. Dibawah bimbingan Dr. Syani Bombongan Rante Salu M.Pd.K sebagai pembimbing I dan Marthinus Kabe’ M.Pd.K sebagai pembimbing II. Pembentukan karakter disiplin generasi alfa dari perspektif Thomas Lickona. tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin Generasi Alfa Kelas III SDN 3 Mengkendek dengan menggunakan Perspektif Thomas Lickona. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Adapun yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen, dan 6 peserta didik. Ada tiga Aspek pembentukan karakter dari Thomas Lickona yaitu, Pengetahuan moral (moral knowing), Perasaan Moral (moral feeling) dan Tindakan atau perilaku (moral behavior). Hasil dari penelitian mengatakan bahwa Guru di SDN 3 Mengkendek menerapkan tiga aspek utama dari Thomas Lickona dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Cara yang digunakan pada moral knowing yaitu, mengajarkan siswa tentang karakter disiplin melalui pengajaran tentang yang benar dan salah. Moral Feeling cara yang dilakukan pemberian motivasi-motivasi kepada siswa, pengalaman-pengalaman yang dapat merangsang emosional siswa. Behavior moral membiasakan siswa untuk melakukan apa yang baik dengan menegakan aturan yang sudah ditetapkan disekolah, memberikan teladan yang baik kepada siswa, agar siswa dapat melakukan tindakan yang baik dan benar. Under the guidance of Dr. Syani Bombongan Rante Salu M.Pd.K as supervisor I and Marthinus Kabe' M.Pd.K as supervisor II. The disciplined character of the Alpha Generation is formed from Thomas Lickona's perspective. And the aim of this research is to analyze how the Disciplined Character Formation of the Alpha Generation for Class III SDN 3 Mengkendek uses Thomas Lickona's perspective. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and literature study. The informants in this research in this research were the school principal, cristian religious education teacher and six students. There are three aspects of character formation from Thomas Lickona, namely, moral knowledge (moral knowing), moral feeling (moral feeling) and action or behavior (moral behavior). The research results show that teachers at SDN 3 Mengkendek apply the three main aspects of Thomas Lickona in forming student character. The method used for moral knowledge is to teach students about disciplined character through teaching about right and wrong. Moral Feeling is a method used to provide motivation to students, experiences that can stimulate stu`dents' emotions. Moral behavior accustoms students to do what is good by enforcing the rules that have been set at school, providing good examples to students, so that students can carry out good and correct actions.
