Abstract
Kata Kunci: Meretas Normalisme, Disabled, Kritik Naratif, Lukas, Zakheus ABSTRACT The elaboration of this paper is motivated by the strong ideology of normalcy, or the normalism of life, which creates injustice for disabled people. To hack normalism, this article aims to develop the concept of hacking normalism through the narrative of Zacchaeus in Luke. 19:1–10 by understanding the narrative as a narrative about disability. Interpretation of Luke's narrative. 19:1–10 about Zacchaeus uses narrative critical interpretation methods and grammatical-historical analysis methods. From the results of this elaboration, the story of Zacchaeus is a narrative about Jesus' holistic acceptance of a social status that was badly stigmatized, namely accepting Zacchaeus because of his work status and the disability he experienced. It can be concluded that the narrative shows a multidimensional acceptance, in accordance with Luke's great theology, of preaching the gospel to marginalized people. Keywords: Hacking Normalism, Disabled, Narrative Criticism, Luke, Zacchaeus
