Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini muncul dari pengamatan langsung terhadap keterampilan mengelolahh waktu belajar siswa kelas XI TKR. Tujuannya adalah Untuk mengetahui implementasi bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi dalam meningkatkan meningkatkan keterampilan mengelolahh waktu belajar siswa kelas XI TKR SMKS Tira Rantetayo. Guru bimbingan dan konseling berperan penting untuk siswa dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengelolahh waktu belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PTBK dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, pengumpulan data melalui pembuatan dan pemanfaatn catatan yang berupa video dan bukti foto. dengan informan sebanyak 15 siswa kelas XI TKR SMKS Tira Rantetayo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengelolahh waktu belajar siswa di SMKS Tira Rantetayo sudah maksimal karena setelah menggunakan teknik diskusi mengalami peningkatan pada setiap pertemuan. ABSTRACT This research emerged from direct observation of the learning time management skills of class XI TKR students. The aim is to determine the implementation of discussion technique group guidance in improving the study time management skills of class XI TKR Tira Rantetayo SMKS students. Guidance and counseling teachers play an important role for students in improving students' study time management skills. This research uses the PTBK method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, data collection through making and utilizing notes in the form of video and photo evidence. with informants as many as 15 students of class XI TKR SMKS Tira Rantetayo. The results of the research show that the implementation of discussion technique group guidance to improve students' learning time management skills at Tira Rantetayo Vocational School has been maximized because after using the discussion technique there has been an increase at each meeting.
