Abstract
ABSTRAK Elsya Limbolele, "Analisis Dampak Politik Uang terhadap Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Desa Kadaila Mamuju Tengah". Dibimbing oleh Sepriadi Bunga', S.Pd, M.Ag selaku pembimbing I dan Sriyanti Rahayu Pabebang, M.M selalu pembimbing II Di Desa Kadaila, Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah, ditemukan bahwa saat kampanye pemilihan Kepala Desa, calon-calon memberikan uang kepada sebagian warga sebagai ungkapan terima kasih atas dukungan mereka melalui pemilihan. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat telah terpengaruh oleh praktik politik uang. Hal ini menyebabkan evaluasi terhadap kualitas calon kepala desa menjadi tidak relevan, karena penilaian yang sehat dan logis tidak lagi menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam memilih. Dampaknya, setelah terpilih menjadi kepala desa, implementasi visi dan misi yang dijanjikan saat kampanye tidak berjalan dengan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan dampak politik uang terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Kadaila, Mamuju Tengah. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dalam metodologi penelitiannya, dimana data diperoleh melalui analisis literatur serta observasi langsung. Dari hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa praktik politik uang masih umum terjadi pada periode pemilu, dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor termasuk keterbatasan ekonomi masyarakat. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari praktik politik uang adalah Masyarakat tidak lagi memperhatikan visi,misi calon pemimpin, tetapi hanya memikikirkan keuntungan dari politik uang, akibatnya pada saat masa jabatan masyarakat kurang mendapatkan perhatikan dari pemimpinnya serta proses pembangunan yang masih terbilang lemah. This phenomenon shows that society has been influenced by the practice of money politics. This causes evaluation of the quality of village head candidates to become irrelevant, because sound and logical assessment is no longer the main consideration in selecting. As a result, after being elected as village head, the implementation of the vision and mission promised during the campaign did not run optimally. This research aims to reveal the impact of money politics on infrastructure development in Kadaila Village, Central Mamuju. This research applies a qualitative approach in its research methodology, where data is obtained through literature analysis and direct observation. From the results of this research, it was found that the practice of money politics is still common during the election period, influenced by various factors including society's economic limitations. The impact of the practice of money politics is that people no longer pay attention to the vision and mission of prospective leaders, but only think about the profits from money politics, as a result, during their term of office, people receive less attention from their leaders and the development process is still relatively weak.
